The hotel was clean with good and excellent location in a coffee shop with better options for less money and nicely furnished rooms. Location: the property was near to the tram station and Alexanderplatz and the major transport links of Alexanderplatz.

I really appreciated how easy it was to walk to the famous alexanderplatz, just a 10-minute stroll away, and the surrounding parks offered a peaceful escape amidst the city's hustle and bustle. As a solo traveler, the hotel was clean and tidy, providing everything i needed to recharge after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel offers a fantastic location, with a tram stop just a minute away and easy access to many restaurants and cafes. The room wasnice and neat, ideal for a family of three, although it could benefit from a second pillow. The shower setup was somewhat awkward, with water leaking under the door and the shower situated inside the bedroom. Breakfast options were decent but could have included more variety.

The hotel's clean and efficient design made it easy to navigate, and the friendly staff were always ready to assist me. Its central location near Alexanderplatz allowed me to explore Berlin comfortably, especially with easy access to public transport.

More comfortable pillows would enhance the experience.

You gotta try the natural cut fries at nearby Cecconi's-pure bliss! Plus, the staff were so friendly and the location is perfect for exploring Berlin's flavors. Plenty of local eats like Las Malvinas are just a short stroll away.

When the rain hits, you'll find that the train station isn't as close as you'd like. I was hoping for better room cleaning. The shower had some drainage issues-but mostly, everything was super tidy.
