convenient base for exploring landmarks and parks in berlin
I really appreciated how easy it was to walk to the famous alexanderplatz, just a 10-minute stroll away, and the surrounding parks offered a peaceful escape amidst the city's hustle and bustle. As a solo traveler, the hotel was clean and tidy, providing everything i needed to recharge after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel offers a fantastic location, with a tram stop just a minute away and easy access to many restaurants and cafes. The room wasnice and neat, ideal for a family of three, although it could benefit from a second pillow. The shower setup was somewhat awkward, with water leaking under the door and the shower situated inside the bedroom. Breakfast options were decent but could have included more variety.

The hotel's clean and efficient design made it easy to navigate, and the friendly staff were always ready to assist me. Its central location near Alexanderplatz allowed me to explore Berlin comfortably, especially with easy access to public transport.
More comfortable pillows would enhance the experience.

Amazing place with free wi-fi, a friendly 24-hour reception, and convenient luggage storage. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a local food delivery, which I still remember. Highly recommend for a city break!

Budget-Friendly and Convenient!
Our group stayed for four nights and loved the 24-hour front desk! Cozy atmosphere, and we found a great local market just a 10-minute walk away for snacks. Noticed some noise at night, but the location is perfect for exploring Berlin on foot. Just remember to bring your own coffee maker!

You gotta try the natural cut fries at nearby Cecconi's-pure bliss! Plus, the staff were so friendly and the location is perfect for exploring Berlin's flavors. Plenty of local eats like Las Malvinas are just a short stroll away.
When the rain hits, you'll find that the train station isn't as close as you'd like. I was hoping for better room cleaning. The shower had some drainage issues-but mostly, everything was super tidy.

Great budget hotel with friendly staff!
The staff were super friendly, always ready to help with any questions. The room was clean and tidy, and I appreciated how the beds were made daily. One thing I would note is that a fridge would have been a useful addition for storing snacks and drinks.

missingWrote a review on 31 Jancomfortable bedconvenient tramsmall room
Location offers quick access to a tram stop right outside, which helps when hauling luggage. Despite some quirks, the bed provided decent comfort for a budget stay.
Rooms feel cramped, lacking shelves or wardrobes for clothes-just two beds and a chair make unpacking a hassle. The shower is awkwardly set up, leaking from under the door. Navigating from the carpark to reception can be a real adventure with the multiple locked doors requiring pin codes. Expect to cramp up by the busy street noises. Sirens can cut through the night. I dealt with some cleaning lapses, such as a stained pillow upon check-in. Consider this if you travel light and can tolerate a bit of noise.
